Oh Sleep, How do I Love Thee
Ahh, feeling so refreshed after a beautiful night's sleep. I accidentally got to church about 30 minutes into the Sunday School lesson... oops. Daniel worked last night 10p-7a and he is working the same shift again tonight. Whatever happened to the schedule they promised when he was hired? 6a-230p M-F and occasional weekends? So, my aunt and uncle came to mom and dad's today. It was good seeing them. Also, Wednesday I will be starting a more strict kind of diet. It's time to chase away my tiny bulge that is threatening to overtake my waist. I will also start taking a bit of Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) every day twice a day (BID in doctor terminology). ACV has a ton of health benefits. Check out www. earthclinic .com. We'll see what happens. I just find myself eating snacks and sweets far more than is reasonable. This is my reasoning for a new diet. Also, the fact that I sit on my tail all day three days a week if not more. I will be so excited when we get a new place hopefully it will have sidewalks or a gym. I need somewhere to walk and exercise. Oh how slack am I? No picture again to day and I'm looking around my house to see if I could just take a quick one and be done. Haha. Until tomorrow. It is definitely bed time work comes again tomorrow at 11a.
